This thread lift can successfully fight the first signs of aging, such as sagging skin on the cheeks, eyebrows, corners of the mouth and neck.

In modern methods of thread lift, biocompatible and self-releasing surfaces are introduced into the subcutaneous tissue with fine micro-needles. These threads cause a "biostimulation" in the skin. Around the thread, cells are stimulated to form tissue and new collagen. The skin volume increases and there is a lifting effect.

Thread lift treatment enhancement options: In combination with e.g. lipofilling, hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin (Botox®) or the PRP plasma therapy.

The thread dissolves after about 6 months, so the result of a thread lift is not permanent. But the new formation of collagen fibers usually causes the result to remain visible for up to two years. Thereafter, the thread lifting can be repeated.

The thread method can not remove excess skin and therefore makes wrinkle firming with too much excess skin impossible. Even with too advanced skin aging respectively sagging of the skin or too high thickness of skin a thread lift can not provide a satisfactory result.

There is no specific age for wrinkle treatment. Some patients already suffer from deep wrinkles at a young age. Therefore, I advise each patient individually and personally, according to his individual conditions.
