Modern wrinkle treatment
Time leaves its mark on our skin. As we age our skin loses moisture and elasticity; the muscles of our facial expression and the effects of gravity decrease the connective tissue causing wrinkles. Environmental factors and particular consumer habits can accelerate and aggravate this natural aging process further. Initially the wrinkles are small and over the years they start to deepen more and more by often giving us a facial expression that does not correspond with our personal feelings. Frown lines between the eyebrows or marionette lines around the corners of the mouth can cause an effect not reflecting our true mood and have a negative impact on our appearance. Our wrinkle treatment range can offer you several individual options to preserve the healthy and youthful skin and return a vital and positive expression to your personality at any age.
During your first examination it is important to analyse how the wrinkles developed, so that the right procedure can be chosen out of our broad range of wrinkle treatments.
Since 2022, we have specialized in breaking new ground in conservative wrinkle treatments - where possible without hyaluronic acid. More and more patients want natural results far removed from over-injected and overfilled puffy faces. In recent years, techniques from South Korea have enabled us to realign our focus and ensure even greater patient satisfaction.
We are taking new approaches in modern wrinkle treatment. At PlastCouture, the following procedures are used:
Biostimulants and Bioactivators
Biostimulants and bioactivators are wrinkle injection solutions that do not actually fill wrinkles, but rather smooth the skin by producing collagen and/or elastin after a treatment period of 4-8 weeks. The skin therefore improves from within in response to treatment with the product in question.
In the trend reversal "away from pure fillers (hyaluronic acid) towards collagen boosters" and a more natural, fresher look instead of an over-corrected, heavily padded appearance, we already have a wealth of experience since 2022. Dr. Wong regularly undergoes further training on these topics in South Korea - the trendsetter when it comes to beautiful and healthy facial skin.
The following effects can be expected from biostimulation:
- stimulation of collagen production: many biostimulants stimulate the fibroblasts in the skin to produce more collagen and elastin. These proteins are crucial for the firmness and elasticity of the skin and can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
- regeneration of skin cells: Some biostimulants help to retain moisture in the skin by strengthening the skin barrier or stimulating hyaluronic acid production. This leads to better hydration and a plumper complexion.
- moisture retention: Some biostimulants help to retain moisture in the skin by strengthening the skin barrier or stimulating hyaluronic acid production. This leads to better hydration and a plumper complexion.
- anti-inflammatory properties: Certain biostimulants have anti-inflammatory properties that can be helpful in treating skin conditions such as acne, rosacea or eczema. They soothe the skin and reduce redness and irritation.
- antioxidant effect: Many biostimulants contain antioxidants that help to reduce oxidative damage caused by free radicals. This can slow down the skin's ageing process and protect the skin from environmental influences.
- improve microcirculation: Some ingredients promote blood flow to the skin, resulting in a healthier complexion and better nutrient supply to skin cells.
Examples of biostimulants and bioactivators
- Polylactic acid ( Syn. PLLA, Sculptra®, Lanluma®): Injecting the skin produces a slight plumping effect with a reduction in wrinkles and lines, but this is replaced after an exposure time of 6-8 weeks by the improvement in skin structure and volume through the body's own collagen stimulation.
- PDO powder (Syn: PDO powder, UltraCol®): Referred to as a "liquid thread lift" in Korea, this allows threads to be injected into and under the skin in liquid form to stimulate collagen synthesis.
- Polynucleotides (Syn. PN, PhilArt®, Rejuran®): Fish proteins that are very similar to human skin DNA and, when injected into and under the skin, stimulate the fibroblasts to produce fresh collagen and elastin.
- Exosomes from plants (rose stem cells): stimulate collagen production in the cells and thus help to regenerate the skin to maintain a young, radiant and more even appearance
- Thread lift: collagen synthesis can be stimulated by inserting many short monofilaments into the skin. The threads gradually dissolve. Depending on the choice of thread material (PDO/PLCL), the effect can last between 8 and 24 months and should be repeated.
The areas of application for biostimulators and activators are varied and range from the face, neck and décolleté to the scalp.
The treatments last between 30 and 60 minutes and are not very painful. We can also perform them in twilight sleep on request. The treatment should be carried out 1-3 times at intervals of 2 or 6 weeks. Afterwards, refresher treatments (intervals vary from product to product) with a smaller amount of product are recommended in order to maintain the results.
As this is "regenerative medicine", in which the body itself must bring about the improvement of the skin, visible results will take approx. 2-3 months.
The choice of product and its quantity depend on the findings, age and lifestyle. In an individual consultation, we will take the time with you to find the best possible treatment option for you.

Neurotoxins
mit Botox®, Vistabel®, Bocouture®, Azzalure®
Facial wrinkles are caused primarily by habitual facial movements and expressions, such as smiling, frowning or squinting. Therefore, as skin ages, it loses its flexibility due to the breaking down of our skin’s connective tissue and wrinkles will form in the areas of the face that we use the most. However, permanent features like "Marionette lines", "worry lines" and "think folds" may not always correspond with our inner emotion.
By applying botulinum toxin the muscles that control facial expressions are weakened or become temporarily inactive which causes the skin to relax and wrinkles to disappear again and in case of very deep wrinkles to soften. It prevents muscles from receiving nerve stimulation. In neurology and ophthalmology this substance has been used for over 20 years for spasm and nerve disorders or for the treatment of migraine headaches. Thus, there are studies of long-term effects and consequences available. Botox is highly diluted and a minimum dose is injected into the weakened/affected muscle. With proper use, side-effects do not occur. It is applied for reduction of eye and forehead wrinkles, frown lines and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). It is also used for slight nasolabial folds, chin and décolleté rejuvenation and excessive gingival display on smiling (gummy smile). It takes 4-6 days to take full effect and lasts for about 4-6 months.

Lipofilling & Lipostamping
Lipofilling, also known as fat transfer or fat injection, is a surgical procedure in which fatty tissue is harvested from one area of the body (e.g. abdomen, thighs or buttocks), processed and then injected into another area to create volume or improve appearance.
The ageing process of the face is almost always accompanied by a loss of volume (fat) - particularly around the eyes, cheeks and mouth - so this procedure is often used for facial rejuvenation to restore the missing volume. The advantage of lipofilling is that it is the body's own material, which reduces the risk of rejection reactions.
Nevertheless, experience has shown that some of the transferred fat does not adhere to the recipient area, so that more fat than necessary is injected during the treatment (so-called overcorrection) in order to achieve the desired result in the end.
In principle, the results can be classified as permanent after around three to four months. In less mobile areas such as the cheeks, the results are more reliable than in mobile areas (e.g. lips, frown lines).
We like to combine lipofilling with lipostamping, which is a similar procedure that also uses autologous fat, but often involves more specific techniques for injecting and placing the fat. Stem and regenerative cells deriving from nanofat are injected into the uppermost layers of the skin to improve and rejuvenate them.
Both procedures require careful planning and implementation, which we will be happy to carry out together with you in a consultation.

Thread lift
Gentle facelift without surgery
We all know them - those fine lines that appear on our face when we laugh or squint our eyes. Such wrinkles are completely normal and give our face its individual expression. Over the years, our skin loses elasticity and moisture, making these wrinkles more prominent and visible even when we are not laughing or squinting. To counteract the first wrinkles, there are various ways to reduce facial wrinkles depending on their type and depth. At PlastCouture, we offer a variety of treatments, including the minimally invasive thread lift.
This thread lift can successfully combat the first signs of ageing such as sagging skin on the cheeks, eyebrows, corners of the mouth and neck. Sagging areas are lifted by the lift and returned to their original position. This makes the face appear rejuvenated and better contoured. The procedure can also create a tightening, smoothing effect in the décolleté and neck area.
Areas of application:
- Forehead
- Augen
- Cheeks
- Nasobial fold
- Kinnlinie
- Neck
- Décolleté

It can also be combined with other wrinkle treatments. Other modern therapies, such as lipofilling, hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin (Botox®) or PRP autologous blood therapy, to name but a few, are combined with each other to achieve the best possible effect.
The thread dissolves again after approx. 6-18 months, so the results of a thread lift are not permanent. However, due to the formation of new collagen fibers, the result usually remains visible for up to two years. After that, the thread lift can be repeated.
There is no specific age for wrinkle treatment. Some patients already suffer from deep wrinkles at a young age. That is why I advise each patient individually and personally, according to their individual findings.

Plasma therapy
Anti-Aging with Platelet Rich Plasma - PRP
The procedure known in the media as "bio lifting with own blood" uses a patient’s own cells like cytokine and the body’s natural growth factors to treat ageing skin. Via mesotherapy* platelet-rich plasma or PRP is injected without chemical additives back into the treated areas you wish to plump up, e.g. face. The proteins in PRP initiate tissue regeneration and stimulate new collagen formation. This body’s own healing process takes place in a natural way and the skin regains its elasticity. The skin becomes thicker, firmer and youthful: fine lines and wrinkles diminish. After a few weeks the result is a long-lasting effect for 1 to 2 years. As the substance PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood this method is also nicknamed as "Dracula-Therapy".
Initially a topical anaesthetic cream will be applied which makes the treatment (almost) pain-free. Treatment of each facial part area lasts about 20 minutes, hence a treatment of the complete face lasts about 60 to 90 minutes. After treatment cold packs are applied.
It is recommended to undergo 3-4 treatments spaced about 4 weeks apart and have a touch-up after 1 year.
PRP can be treated for following areas:
- improvement of overall skin quality (smoother, more even and fine-pored skin texture)
- facial wrinkles and loss of volume due to ageing (PRP used as alternative to hyaluronic acid)
- areas around eyes, neck, décolleté, nasolabial folds, chin, cheekbones, cheeks, hands, earlobes, upper and eyelids and other areas
after sun damage or dull dry skin - hair loss
- chronic wounds
Hair loss treatment
If you are suffering from increased hair shedding, decreasing volume, weakening hair quality you can consider PRP for hair loss treatment. PRP is injected into the scalp stimulating hair growth and strengthens hair follicles. This slows down unwanted hair loss and hair growth is promoted along with improved diet.
The advantages of PRP Plasma Therapy at a glance:
- bio lifting with own blood
- natural method for biostimulation of skin cells and wrinkle reduction
- no toxin and no chemicals applied
- no side effects as allergic reactions or intolerances ruled out
- no recovery time needed
- no downtime or limited downtime in hours
- very good treatment results
PRP procedure is not suitable for those taking blood thinner medication, suffering from autoimmune diseases or receiving ongoing chemotherapy.
*mesotherapy: micro injections with extra fine, short needles.
